Perimenopause has been one of the most transformative seasons of my life. It’s a time of shifting hormones, fluctuating energy levels, and, let’s be honest, some frustrating surprises. But I’ve also found it to be an incredible opportunity - to redefine self-care, strengthen bonds with other women, and tap into the healing power of nature. And that’s exactly why I created the Nature & Nourish experience at Wildlife LV. I know firsthand how much we need it.
Why Nature & Nourish?
I designed Nature & Nourish as more than just a day outdoors. It’s a way to reconnect with yourself, build community, and nurture your body and soul. Gather your best friends and I'll offer up mine—from breathwork specialists to yoga instructors, nutritionists, and more - and together, we’ll nourish all of us - mind, body, and soul.
